ACM Awards 2022: How to watch, who's hosting, who's performing – USA TODAY

The 57th Academy of Country Music Awards will be presented Monday in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium.
The academy describes its 2022 event as “a show so big, only a stadium can hold it.” It will make history as the first major awards show to stream live exclusively.
You can watch the festivities from the comfort of your home on Amazon Prime Video, which available for a 30-day free subscription. The pre-show starts at 7 p.m. ET/4 PT, followed by the awards show proper at 8 ET/5 PT.
Here’s everything you should know about the 2022 show:
The event will be presided over by country icon Dolly Parton, who co-hosts with reigning new male and female artists of the year Jimmie Allen and Gabby Barrett.
Chris Young is up for seven awards, including album and single of the year. Three of Young’s nominations are shared with Kane Brown, whom he paired with for last summer’s radio hit “Famous Friends.”
“Fancy Like” singer Walker Hayes is nominated for best new artist among five nods for the first-time ACM Awards nominee. Chris Stapleton also earned five nominations in 2022 – his nod for entertainer of the year is his fourth overall. Also, Miranda Lambert received a record-tying 16th nomination for female artist of the year (only Reba McEntire had previously accomplished the feat) among her five nominations.
Notable as well is that Morgan Wallen, who was shut out of consideration for last year’s ACM Awards after being caught on camera using a racial slur, has four nominations: first-time nods for male artist of the year, album and song, plus an additional nod as a songwriter.
Parton, Allen, Barrett, Kelsea Ballerini, Jason Aldean, Lady A, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood, Chris Young, Maren Morris, Carly Pearce, Breland, Thomas Rhett and Kane Brown are among those hitting the stage. Kelly Clarkson will perform “I Will Always Love You” as a Dolly Parton tribute.
