UK's Finance Watchdog Extends Hybrid Working Through 2023 – Bloomberg Law

Hybrid working is here to stay at the Financial Conduct Authority, after the UK regulator told staff to keep coming into the office on average two days a week.
“A hybrid working policy requiring minimum attendance in the office of 40% across each month will be implemented,” according to the minutes of the July 15 board meeting released Wednesday.
The guidance, which was introduced as part of a trial earlier this year, will be in place at least until the end of 2023. Staff will still be required to attend the office for certain activities, including team events, and …
